Nurturing touch, joyful movement and gentle support for you and your baby
Welcome to Juniper Wellbeing and Baby Massage where wellbeing begins from within.
I offer a range of holistic therapies for women to help you relax, rebalance and restore harmony.
Whether you're seeking relief from stress, support for your body, or a moment of stillness in a busy world, each session is tailored to your individual needs to help you feel renewed and whole again.
With over nine years of experience as a holistic massage therapist and many years working as a baby massage instructor, and baby yoga teacher, I bring a gentle, compassionate approach to every session.

We offer welcoming sessions for families in West Cumbria with the aim of promoting family wellbeing. Our nurturing courses include:
Baby Massage - nurturing touch for babies from around 8 weeks to crawling
Baby Yoga - music and movement for babies from around 12 weeks to 1 year
Juniper Seedlings -nature-inspired creative and messy play for toddlers
All of our classes have an emphasis on bonding and spending quality time with your baby. Our classes are held in community spaces, and we offer a chance to learn some beautiful, nurturing skills to support your baby’s emotional, social, sensory, and physical development. Our sessions are all baby-led and relaxed, with a focus of parent and baby mental health.
Creativity is very important to us and we are really passionate about developing and facilitating sessions focusing on wellbeing, creativity and community.
We have been working in partnership with Rosehill Theatre in Whitehaven since the summer of 2024 and have since developed a series of creative wellbeing sessions for family carers. We co-created sessions with the aim of offering a welcoming, supportive and inclusive space to promote wellbeing and offer much-needed 'me time' for parent carers. The project initially ran from August 2024 to April 2025 and this has morphed into an exciting new phase, working with some amazing artists. Following the project launch at Whitehaven's HarbourFest in August 2025, we have been running weekly community sessions based on mindful creativity and community connection.
Please get in touch if you are part of a community project interested in collaborating on future projects.
One of our main focuses is to support family wellbeing, so we offer sessions where parents and primary carers can meet other people going through similar experiences with the aim of developing supportive friendships. We are aware that parenting can be isolating and exhausting, so we offer time at the end of our sessions for people to have a hot drink and a biscuit, and the opportunity to chat with other people within the group. Parents have told us how much they appreciate this time, as it has provided them with a chance to chat and share experiences while having a much-needed cuppa.
